The project was situated in a quiet, nature surrounded, but on the other hand available location of the city of Banská Bystrica. The spectacular views of the mountain hills over the city of Banska Bystrica are beyond compare. This modern superstructure combines everything today’s man needs to live a pleasent life. The closeness of nature and city, quiet neighborhood near the busy center, private housing and many opportunities for social activities, recreation and active leisure.

We have built 15 new apartments in energy class A, with architecture extensions. We contributed to a completely new character of the street and created a local dominant.
