In agreement with the general council of the village Závada near Topoľčany our company bought the  primary school in village, which hasn´t been used for many years. The school is situated at the corner of the village.

Under our arms it has turned into rental apartments. 10 furnished rented apartmens were newly built. These were transferred to the ownership of
village Závada.

Purchase price was paid out of the loan from ŠFRB ( State houing Development Fund) and the grand from MDVaRR SR (Ministry of transport and construction of the Slovak republic). As part of the reconstruction, we built a completly new infrastructure, as new roads,  parking lots and power grids etc.  Our company provided the whole course and implementation from approval by the general council of village Závada to  securing funding for the village itself.
